1. What can I expect with open and close dates for this ONLINE Spirit Store?

Texas Leadership is thrilled to offer its very first "year-round" Spirit Gear Store option. 

2. What is your return policy?

1st Place Spirit Wear stands behind all our products and workmanship with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Any defects or errors made by 1st Place Spirit Wear will be replaced at no charge. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchase in which your selection was incorrect, size was wrong or custom printing was misspelled. What you see is what you will get, so make sure it is perfect to your specifications.

3. How do I cancel or change an order?

If you happen to select the wrong design, notice a spelling error or you just want to cancel your order, you have two hours after your purchase is made to cancel. All you need to do is email us at [email protected] to cancel. IMPORTANT: Once production of your product starts we can't stop the shipment of your order.

4. How do I order the right size?

Each garment has a size chart with directions on how to measure for the appropriate size. To find the most accurate size we suggest you use a similar product at home and measure it in inches and compare those to the manufacturer's recommended chart. We carry Bella Canvas t-shirts. We have a line of women's t-shirts and have added a line of Relaxed Fit t-shirts that are unisex t-shirts for a more comfortable fit. We have found kids t-shirts from Bella Canvas tend to run small. We recommend ordering the next size up.

5. When will my order ship?

We custom print each shirt purchased. It takes on average two days to custom print each shirt. It can take up to four days depending on the garment and time of year. Shipping to your home can range from two to four days after production. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as well.

6. Where will my order be delivered?

1st Place Spirit Wear will ship to the address you specified at check out. NO ORDERS will be delivered to the campus.
