MEET MRS. WILLHELM | Principal For Elementary (Kinder - 5th Grade)
Mrs. Stacy Willhelm is a native Abilenian, who graduated from Cooper High School in 1986. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Willhelm has been in the Education field for 25 years, starting her career teaching 5th grade math and Science in San Antonio. She taught first grade for Northside ISD’s pilot year-round program before moving back to Abilene in 1999.
Mrs. Willhelm home-schooled her boys for a few years before co-founding a private Christian school in 2007. She taught second through sixth grade all subject areas and was the Principal for four years. Mrs. Willhelm began teaching third grade at Texas Leadership of Abilene in the fall of 2015, when the doors opened. She has served the community of TLCA as the instructional coach for two years and is very excited to begin working as the Principal for Kindergarten through 6th Grade.
Mrs. Willhelm currently serves on the Abilene Philharmonic Guild. She has been married to Kevin for thirty years. Together they have three children: Austin, Dillon and Ella.

MEET MRS. REICHENEKER | Principal For Secondary (Grades: 6-12th)
The TLCA Abilene Secondary Campus is excited to announce Mrs. Gretchen Reicheneker as the newest Principal to join the team.
Mrs. Reicheneker had previous served the Abilene Independent School District since 1998. She worked as a classroom teacher for 19 years before moving into school administration. In 2016-17, she began her career in Administration as an Elementary Assistant Principal at Clack Middle School.
Mrs. Reicheneker and her husband live in the Abilene area and have three boys. She brings excellent leadership, culture and heart to the Secondary Campus and we look forward to having her lead the way forward.

MEET MR. ALLEN | Assistant Principal for Elementary & Secondary
William (Bill) Allen has lived in Texas since 2009 having moved here from Michigan to be closer with family. He is a graduate of The University of Tulsa with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to becoming a teacher, he worked as a Human Resources Director for a large healthcare company in Abilene.
Mr. Allen completed his teacher education through Region 14 and has spent four years in the classroom teaching middle school math, social studies and leadership. He is now working toward a Master of Education degree with a specialization in Educational Leadership through Sul Ross State University.
In his spare time, he enjoys attending community events, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
